The SBAS Lead Program Management Analyst will be responsible for directing assigned team members, coordinating with Government stakeholders, managing program taskings and strategic planning activities, overseeing documentation and records management, supporting reporting and data visualization, and ensuring deliverables meet established quality and Government compliance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the Team Lead and provide day-to-day direction to staff assigned to the SBAS Team.\nReport to the Contractor Project Manager and work directly with SBAS Government stakeholders.\nManage and coordinate the overall execution of assigned SBAS tasks and deliverables.\nSupport section-level operations, track taskings and action items, and coordinate strategic planning activities.\nDevelop, maintain, and review templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), articles, presentations, and other program documentation.\nManage digital repositories, document libraries, and collaboration sites to ensure content is current, accurate, organized, and accessible.\nConduct quality assurance reviews for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Government requirements.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, develop agendas, prepare meeting minutes, and track decisions and action items.\nPrepare activity, productivity, program, and strategic reports.\nDevelop and support Tableau dashboards and visualizations for program reporting and analysis.\nUtilize SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to support program operations and collaboration.\nPrepare written communications and program content for internal and external audiences.\nProvide training and guidance on templates and documentation standards.\nUse generative AI tools and effective prompting techniques to create, improve, or revise professional content.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Information Management, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in administrative or program management roles, preferably supporting federal government programs.\nExperience supporting section-level operations, task tracking, and strategic planning.\nExperience developing and maintaining SOPs, templates, presentations, and other formal documentation.\nExperience managing digital repositories, documentation, or records.\nExperience conducting quality assurance or compliance reviews.\nExperience coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and tracking action items.\nExperience preparing activity, productivity, program, or strategic reports.\nProficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience using generative AI tools to create, improve, or revise professional content.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDHS, ICE, or other federal government experience.\nFamiliarity with DHS/ICE documentation and records management requirements.\nKnowledge of federal documentation standards, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and information assurance.\nExperience developing or maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations.\nExperience leading or directing administrative, analytical, or program support personnel.\nSecurity and Eligibility Requirements\nMust be a United States citizen and have the ability to obtain a federal clearance.\nSalary Range\nMinimum $125,000 - Maximum $145,000 annually\nThe salary range listed for this position reflects Akumen, Inc.'s current estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, education, certifications, technical skills, security clearance status, geographic location, and alignment with contract, labor category, and customer requirements.
