looking for a hands-on Development Lead who will combine technical leadership with active software development and take ownership of key technical areas of the product.\n\nYou’ll be involved in reliability issues.\n\nCollaborate with Product, and other teams to turn requirements into technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions and help improve development practices and workflows.\n\nRequirements:\n\n5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with React and Next.js.\n\nStrong backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS.\n\nHands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience with MQTT.\n\nExperience building applications for On-Prem and Cloud environments.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.\n\nPrevious experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer or in a similar technical leadership role.\n\nStrong coding skills and willingness to remain hands-on with development.\n\nExperience with code reviews and mentoring developers.\n\nAbility to make technical decisions and implement them in code.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.\n\nEnglish B2+.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience with React Native or WebSockets.\n\nExperience working in a startup or product environment.\n\nExperience with Azure, IoT Hub, or Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nExperience leading or mentoring a development team.\n\nExperience working with IoT products or
