Therefore, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their work and operate independently.\nProactive mindset: Ability to work independently, find the necessary information, solve problems, and overcome blockers with minimal supervision;\n\nStrong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
