across the global paints and coatings business.\n\nWe are looking for a Sr. Engineer – Color Components who will be responsible for the technical delivery, architecture, quality and lifecycle management of a portfolio of reusable software components, including .NET libraries/NuGet packages, APIs, services and supporting utilities.\nThis is a senior individual contributor and technical leadership role requiring strong hands-on software engineering experience along with the ability to mentor engineers and drive engineering standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the technical delivery and lifecycle of reusable software components.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.\nConduct code reviews, design reviews and technical planning.\nDefine and enforce standards for coding, testing, documentation and CI/CD.\nDesign and maintain APIs, services and reusable .NET components.\nManage component versioning, backward compatibility, dependencies and release lifecycle.\nDrive technical-debt remediation, dependency upgrades and security improvements.\nPartner with Product Owners to translate requirements into technically implementable solutions.\nLead technical delivery for mid-sized projects.\nEnsure appropriate unit, integration, contract and regression testing.\nDrive release readiness, documentation and operational readiness.\nSupport production issues, incident triage and root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with R&D teams to translate scientific/domain requirements into engineering specifications.\nWork with internal and external engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nAct as the Technical Application Manager (TAM) for the Scrum team.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nMust Have:\n\n8–10+ years of software production-ready.\n\nPrior Color Science or Paints & Coatings experience is not
