assistance for all systems and keep up to date on Linux expertise.\n\nProactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service.\n\nEngineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs\n\nManage coordinate and implement software upgrades patches and hotfixes on servers and workstations.\n\nCollaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes\n\nRequirementsA bachelors degree in computer science information systems or a related field\n\n5-7 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator\n\nExtensive understanding of Linux including RedHat CentOS and Debian\n\nWorking knowledge of MySQL and/or MariaDB\n\nHands-on VMWare environment (ESXI VCenter) and SAN administration and concepts\n\nExtensive knowledge of Shell Perl and/or Python scripting\n\nThorough understanding of protocols such as DNS HTTP LDAP SMTP and SNMP\n\nAdditional Linux certifications (RHCT RHCE and LPIC) will be viewed favorably.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication
