The role is responsible for managing procurement operations vendor relationships negotiations and reporting while ensuring efficiency transparency and value for the company. \nResponsibilities: \nLead and oversee the companys overall procurement activities ensuring timely cost-effective and compliant sourcing of goods and services. \n\nDevelop procurement plans based on business needs and approved budgets ensuring timely purchasing and alignment with business priorities. \n\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs quality and supplier performance. \n\nManage the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing supplier evaluation quotation analysis negotiation purchase orders and delivery follow-up. \n\nBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships ensuring an updated supplier database and effective supplier performance management. \n\nLead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing favorable payment terms delivery schedules and other commercial conditions. \n\nMonitor procurement spending supplier performance and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. \n\nPrepare and maintain accurate procurement reports and dashboards using Excel to support management decision-making. \n\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies procedures approval requirements and documentation standards. \n\nContinuously review and improve procurement processes and workflows to enhance efficiency strengthen controls and improve reporting accuracy. \n\nLead and guide the procurement team ensuring accountability effective performance and achievement of departmental objectives. \n\nRequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement or a related field. \n\n710 years of relevant experience in procurement preferably with experience in a supervisory or leadership role. \n\nStrong background in managing overall procurement activities within an organization. \n\nProven experience in vendor management and maintaining supplier/vendor databases. \n\nStrong negotiation and commercial skills with the ability to achieve favorable terms and agreements. \n\nStrong communication and relationship management skills. \n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills. \n\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills. \n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel particularly for reporting data analysis and procurement tracking.\n\nRequired Skills:\nBachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement or a related field. 710 years of relevant experience in procurement preferably with experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
