B2C Performance Analytics\n· Track revenue per patient, conversion rates, and package mix\n· Analyze add-on attachment rates and pricing effectiveness\n· Identify opportunities to increase basket size and margin\n3. B2B & Client Analytics\n· Monitor pipeline performance and conversion rates\n· Analyze client-level revenue and growth opportunities\n· Support retention and expansion strategies\n4. Marketing & Demand Analytics\n· Track cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and funnel conversion rates\n· Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI\n· Support data-driven marketing and demand generation decisions\n5.
