Senior IT Support Engineer

Al Ghaith Energy LLC seeks a Senior IT Support Engineer to ensure the continuous availability and security of all server systems, network services, and end-user environments across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all Windows Server systems and services highly available at all times.
• Administer: Hyper-V VMs, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, DFS (File Server), Print Management (MYQ), Synology NAS, backup solutions, and PABX.
• Implement strong security controls for servers and clients (file permissions, user password policies, hardening).
• Configure and optimize network equipment and IT solutions across the organization.
• Manage Email/Office 365 and user access policies.
• Provide professional help desk support; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and follow change/incident procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT support/system administration (senior).
• Expertise with Windows Server roles, Active Directory, Hyper-V, DFS, SCCM, Synology NAS, backup & DR.
• Strong networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN) and security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus.
