transport indents in the portal.\nAssess and source quotations from potential suppliers.\nNegotiate contracts, improved prices, payment and delivery terms with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings.\nNew Project Mobilization :\nUnderstand the needs of the new project formulate material and service delivery plan as per requirement and deadlines.\nRegularly update operation heads on the progress of mobilization and resolve any issues faced.\nMonitor/Track spends are within the allocated budget.\nSupplier Performance Management & Evaluation :\nMonitor suppliers and subcontractor performance in conjunction with store and site personnel, evaluate performance of the contract and address any non compliance.\nEvaluate supplier’s performance based on Cost, Quality of Goods/Service, Competency, Consistency Reports, Analysis & Audit.\nPrepare reports on PO spend, Open PO’s, Pending indents and savings and present to management.\nLiaise with internal/external auditors and auditing process to review different contracts and contracting process to determine the completeness, efficacy as well as the accuracy of procurement process to determine the success and failures while administering the procurement contracts.\nPeople Management:\nRelationship Management.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.\nCommunicate with stake holders regularly, Arrange/Attend internal external meetings and address on the issues faced.\nEnsure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships.\nStrengthen the supplier relationship by earning their trust with honest communication, listening to their concerns and involving them in the processes and resolve any escalated issues.\nEmployee Engagement :\nEngaging employees in decision making and to take ownership.\nProduct/Process Improvement:\nContinuous Improvement :\nContinuously perform Market research by attending industry related Expo's, online research, attend seminars, identify, and meet new potential suppliers and products and to identify areas of improvement to continually drive performance.\nResearch and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor of Engineering.\nKnowledge & Skill:\nSoft Services Procurement / Strategic Sourcing and Category management / Analytical and Critical thinking.\nNegotiation / Market Intelligence.\nProcurement ERP System & Vendor Portal / Cost benefit/Price Analysis.\nStrong Interpersonal skills / Result Oriented.\nExperience:\n8 Years of Experience in Soft Service Procurement.\nKnowledge on sourcing and procurement techniques.\nMarket Intelligence on sources and trends.\nExperience in collecting and analyzing data / Highly organized and
