Repair & Corrective Maintenance\nPlan, coordinate, and monitor major repair and corrective maintenance activities.\nIdentify defective components and determine suitable repair or replacement solutions.\nPrepare technical recommendations, material requirements, and repair scopes.\nCoordinate with procurement and suppliers for required spare parts and technical information.\nVerify completed repair works through testing and ensure equipment is safely returned to service.\nMonitor recurring failures and implement permanent corrective actions.\n3. Modernization / Modification Execution\nTake responsibility for technical execution of elevator modernization, modification, and upgrade projects.\nReview site conditions, existing equipment, drawings, specifications, and modernization requirements.\nPrepare execution plans, material requirements, manpower requirements, and work schedules.\nCoordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers during execution.\nSupervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.\nEnsure modernization works are completed safely, within the approved scope, schedule, and quality requirements.\nPrepare technical reports, testing records, and handover documentation.\n4. Customer Handling & Coordination\nAct as a technical point of contact for customers, facility management teams, and consultants.\nAttend customer meetings and technical discussions related to maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and modernization.\nClearly explain technical problems, root causes, corrective actions, and recommendations to customers.\nHandle customer technical complaints and ensure timely resolution.\nProvide regular updates on major breakdowns, repair progress, and project execution.\nSupport the service team in maintaining strong customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction.\n5. Multibrand Troubleshooting\nDevelop technical capability across different elevator controller, drive, motor, door operator, safety, and control systems.\nTroubleshoot equipment from different OEMs and identify equivalent or suitable replacement solutions where required.\nAnalyse electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system failures.\nSupport obsolete equipment assessment and identify alternative repair, replacement, or modernization solutions.\nMaintain technical knowledge of commonly used multibrand systems, components, drives, controllers, and safety devices.\n6. Technical Reports & Documentation\nPrepare detailed breakdown, RCA, repair, modernization, and technical inspection reports.\nDocument failure history, findings, corrective actions, and recommendations.\nMaintain records of recurring technical issues and major equipment failures.\nReview service reports and provide technical feedback to field teams.\nSupport preparation of quotations and technical scopes for repair and modernization works.\n7. Team Support & Knowledge Development\nProvide technical guidance and on-the-job support to technicians and supervisors.\nConduct troubleshooting demonstrations and technical training when required.\nIdentify technician skill gaps and recommend training requirements.\nDevelop and share troubleshooting procedures, checklists, and technical guidelines.\nPromote good engineering practices, safety awareness, and quality workmanship.\n8. Safety & Compliance\nEnsure all repair, maintenance, and modernization activities are performed in accordance with company HSE procedures.\nEnsure appropriate risk assessments, permits, isolation procedures, and safety requirements are followed.\nSupport TPI/authority inspections and closure of technical observations.\nEnsure completed works comply with applicable standards, customer requirements, and approved technical specifications.\n9. Operational & Commercial Support\nSupport the Service Manager in planning technical resources for major repairs and modernization works.\nProvide technical inputs for quotations, material estimation, manpower planning, and project timelines.\nIdentify repair and modernization opportunities during maintenance activities.\nSupport the service team in converting technical findings into repair and modernization proposals.\nMonitor execution progress, material requirements, and project completion.\n\nStrategic:\nSubmits invoices & follow up the payment to be released by the Client within reglementary period of not more than 30 days.\nMonitoring & making follow up for the Annual Maintenance Contract likewise maintaining the sales (quote), invoicing & payment collection.\nPrepares budget or costing sheet of each & every projects (PM Service, Repairs, Upgradation, Modernization & etc.).\nEnsure that finished work or any critical issue is accompanied with site written report or through email sent to Client/.\nOperational:\nDevelops or adapts a suitable new brand of Lift spare parts like VF Variable Frequency Door Drive, VVVF Variable Voltage Variable Frequency for Lift Main Drive to replace those obsolete Elevator materials & interface into Lift Controller.\nProvides technical support, attends major callback, troubleshoots different brand of Lift Controller / Drive, programming of CPU's, & doing final adjustment on mechanical logic of Elevator mechanism for safe & smooth operation of the unit.\nConducts safety Tool Box Talk *Check & verify individual time sheets of subordinates.\nPeople Management:\nAttends meeting with Client, analyze root causes for deviation & set up corrective action.\nAllocate suitable technical manpower to the site/s.\nRegular meeting & letter correspondence.\nProduct/Process Improvement:\nTaken into service maintenance contract the other Brand of Lift Controller (Thyssen, Koney, Sigma, Schindler, Hyundai, Enova-SJEC, AL Futaim, Toshiba, etc.).\nFocuses on managing related projects, service contracts, spare parts, repairs, modernization & or upgradation job.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.\nKnowledge & Skill:\nMS Word / Exel / Power Point / Lift software programming / SAP/Xpedeon/Oracle/Farnek/Vendor Cafe Portal / Software Programming / Communication skills / Critical Thinking / Problem solving / Read & analyze Lift skeletal wiring diagram / Lift Troubleshooting.\nExperience:\nExperience in software programming & troubleshooting of various Lift Drive & Controller of Traction Machine / Hydraulic with Machine Room or Machine Room less like Schindler Lift (Miconic V, Miconic TX, Miconic X) | Mitsubishi Lift (VFDL, VFEL) | Arcs Robotic from Singapore | GTS Asansor Lift from Turkey | Hidral Lift (Spain) | GMV (Italy) | Bucher Lift (Switzerland) | ASONG Controller / SJEC MONARCH (China).\nAGESMT -
