Our Group employs approximately 2000 people from 41 different nationalities, which contributes to our multicultural and multi-national environment.\nEmirates Electrical Engineering is a specialized business platform that provides comprehensive turnkey solutions combining development, financing, construction and operation of solar rooftops for commercial and industrial building in the UAE, also a responsive and flexible organization dedicated for the design and construction of turnkey electrical power projects such as High Voltage Substations, Cable Networks and Transmission Lines.\nJob Purpose\nHandle technical sales and estimation activities for LV systems projects | Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial buildings, data centres, oil & gas, and utility sectors | Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand project requirements| Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in line with tender requirements |Support project/tendering, negotiations, and order closure activities.\nJob Responsibilities\nAccurate preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for LV systems\nTimely submission of tenders and compliance with specifications and standards\nAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals\nMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction\nMaintain strong relationships with the OEM partner.\nProvide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stages\nEnsure alignment with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams\nValue addition to optimizing the usage of components and make.\nTeam building\nUnderstand customer and utility requirements\nCapability development\nOverall program co-ordination\nTechnical solutions\nCost reduction\nCustomer support\nProject profitability\nResource utilization\nTechnical reviews\nQuality management and documentation\nProcess improvement\nJob Requirements\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or a related field.\nExperience\n5-6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems | preferred with UAE market experience | Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil & gas, and utility projects\nKnowledge & Skills\no Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and ELV systems, including:\no Building Management Systems (BMS)\no Data Centre LV infrastructure\no Commercial building electrical requirements\no Good understanding of tender documents, drawings, and specifications, contract conditions\no Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards\no Sound understanding of UAE authority regulations, including (as applicable): DEWA, ADDC, SEWA,ADCD, Civil Defence,Etisalat / DU (ELV scope)\no Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools\no Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\no Mandatory valid UAE driving license.\nAt Al Rostamani Group, we seek talented people who work hard to achieve great things.
