Arabic-Speaking Call Center Agent

We are looking for Arabic speaking Call Center Agents to join our healthcare contact center team. The ideal candidates will be Arabic-speaking nationals with proven experience working in a healthcare call center or healthcare customer service environment.

The role involves handling patient inquiries, appointment requests, service-related questions, and general customer support while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers in Arabic and English, as required.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, clinics, and general information.
• Meet assigned call center KPIs, including call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Previous experience in a healthcare call center or healthcare customer service role.
• Strong Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare group call centers.

Important: Candidates without previous healthcare call center experience will not be considered for this position.
