# Planner

The Planner will own the full merchandise planning cycle for an assigned division, category or brand on Ounass, Al Tayer Group’s luxury e-commerce platform. You will translate commercial and buying strategies into actionable budgets, open-to-buy plans, MSSI re-forecasts, inventory allocations and markdown decisions to maximise net sales, margin, sell-through and in-country fulfilment while mentoring junior planners. Develop and manage annual budgets, OTB plans and monthly re-forecasts for the assigned area. Analyse sales, margin and inventory data to drive optimal inventory levels and markdown strategies. Collaborate with buying, merchandising and commercial teams to align planning with brand and market objectives. Produce regular performance reports and present insights to senior leadership. Monitor sell-through rates and adjust plans to meet in-country fulfilment targets. Lead the MSSI (Merchandise Sales and Stock Index) re-forecasting process each month.
