We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the successful delivery of retail construction and store development projects.\nWorking closely with project managers, architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, landlords and mall management teams, you will help ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and in line with approved designs and quality standards.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nReview project drawings, assess material requirements and coordinate the timely procurement of materials.\nSupport the preparation of detailed project programmes, including key activities, milestones and delivery timelines.\nMonitor project progress against agreed plans and coordinate corrective actions when required.\nLiaise with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, landlords and mall management to obtain the necessary approvals.\nConduct regular site visits and address technical, engineering and operational issues.\nCoordinate drawing changes, additional manpower requirements and other site-related matters.\nCarry out quality inspections to ensure all works meet approved specifications and required standards.\nCoordinate project variations, progress billing and final invoices with the relevant teams.\nManage snagging, handover and project close-out activities, including the collection of as-built drawings, manuals, keys and completion documentation.\nEnsure contractors implement and maintain the required health and safety procedures on site.\nProvide clear and timely project progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.\n We're looking for\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.\n4-6 years of relevant experience in project engineering, construction, fit-out or a similar project delivery environment.\nStrong understanding of project drawings, material requirements, site coordination and quality standards.\nExperience working with contractors, consultants, architects, suppliers and other project stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality.\nEffective problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.\nWhy join us?\nIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional retail environments and have the technical expertise to successfully coordinate projects from planning through to handover, we would be pleased to hear from you.\nAt Al Tayer Insignia, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across some of the region’s most recognised luxury and premium retail brands, contributing to spaces that shape exceptional customer experiences.
