solutions.\nIntegrate Large Language Models through Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent AI platforms.\nDevelop prompts, tools, function-calling workflows, and agent orchestration mechanisms.\nEvaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and architectures according to each use case.\nDefine evaluation criteria and monitor the accuracy, quality, latency, security, and cost of AI solutions.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing software products and enterprise applications.\nTransform business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and define development standards and best practices for AI initiatives.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary technical and business teams.\nRequirements\n6+ years of professional experience in software development, solution design, or application architecture.\n2+ years of hands-on professional experience designing and implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions.\nProven experience developing Generative AI and Large Language Model applications.\nStrong experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.\nExperience building AI agents and implementing Tool Calling or Function Calling.\nExperience integrating Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent cloud-based AI services.\nStrong software development experience with Python and/or C#/.NET.\nExperience designing and integrating REST APIs.\nKnowledge of Git, relational databases, software architecture, and cloud-based solutions.\nExperience taking AI prototypes or proofs of concept into production.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.\nAbility to lead technical decisions and collaborate with software development teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or Azure Machine Learning.\nExperience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI.\nKnowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nExperience with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and prompt management.\nExperience with fine-tuning or model customization.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Angular, React, or modern frontend technologies.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of Machine Learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.\nKnowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, data privacy, and application security.\nPrevious experience
