Обязанности:
- Правовое сопровождение формирования и согласования типовых договоров: оказание услуг, подряд, поставка и иные;
- Разработка нетиповых проектов договоров и приложений к ним;
- Оценка возможных юридических рисков на этапе заключения и исполнения обязательств по договорам;
- Ведение переговоров с контрагентами по вопросам согласования договоров;
- Отслеживание изменений законодательства и судебной практики, подготовка аналитических справок по направлению деятельности.
- Уверенное знание гражданского права;
- Практическое умение выявлять нарушения и несоответствия, анализировать риски, находить пути их минимизации при проведении экспертной оценки: договоров, соглашений, локальных актов, проектов и т.п;
- Внимание к мелочам и нюансам;
- Активность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности.
