They put their best foot forward every day, understanding their role within the greater team to give our guests an awesome culinary experience.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nA fun workplace where you can be yourself and do awesome work!\nFree movies & food\nPaid time off\nCompetitive pay\nFlexible scheduling\nMedical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and voluntary benefits are available for all full-time and part-time teammates\nOUR MISSION:\nTo Ensure EVERY Guest and Teammate Has An AWESOME Experience And Is EXCITED To Come Back\nCore Role Responsibilities\nPrepares and plates Alamo menu items in according to our recipes and specs\n\nTrained and available to work different stations as assigned, including dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza, etc.\n\nResponsible for cleaning, organization, and general maintenance of all equipment and dishwashing areas as assigned, including but not limited to recurring deep cleanings tasks and daily sidework checklists\n\nPrepares guest food orders based on approved operational processes; focusing on safety, quality, accuracy and efficiency\n\nRestocks supplies as needed, completes prep and side work, and assists with any additional operational tasks required for efficient service\n\nSupports the delivery and organization of food and beverage orders as needed\n\nUpholds standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values and Operational Guidelines\n\nMaintains food safety and health standards in line with company processes and local regulations.\n\nMust possess extensive knowledge of and exercise exceptional attention to allergy and cross-contamination protocols\n\nUtilizes proper equipment for ALL food preparation (i.e., measuring cups/spoons, scales, and any other tool required by Alamo operation protocols)\n\nAdheres to standard kitchen cleaning, prep and stocking schedules used to control food waste, production and maintain food quality\n\nCommunicates kitchen needs, concerns, and other urgent matters with necessary teammates and managers regularly\n\nMaintains a positive, respectful workplace\n\nFollows all handwashing and hygiene practices\n\nPreferred Experience\n1+ years of experience in high volume restaurant environment\n\nProven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment\n\nRequirements\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at one time and repeatedly during entire shift\n\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift\n\nAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week, at least one day being a weekend)\n\nAbility to move with caution and operate in a busy/sometimes loud environment\n\nStays up-to-date on all local food compliance regulations, , safety courses, and assigned online trainings\n\nReliable transportation\n\nAbility to climb stairs\n\nOUR CORE VALUES:\nDO THE RIGHT THING\nWe strive to be a force of good in our company, in our industry and in the world.
