The Company’s shares are traded on the TSX and NYSE under the symbol AGI.\n\nIT Support Analyst\nReporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the IT Support Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to employees across the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for IT support while also supporting device management, software deployment, user onboarding, and endpoint administration.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProvide first and second-level support via phone, email, Teams, walk-ups, and the IT service portal\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile device, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues\nConfigure, deploy, and support laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and collaboration tools\nManage employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, device setup and technology orientation\nSupport endpoint management through Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment compliance, and application deployments\nDeploy software and updates using automated deployment tools such as Intune and PDQ\nMaintain detailed IT asset inventory and equipment records\nDocument incidents, requests, procedures, and solutions within the ITSM platform\nContribute to IT projects, process improvements, and technology rollouts\nWhat You Bring!\n4+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles\nStrong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365\nExperience with employee onboarding, device deployment, and account provisioning\nExperience supporting mobile devices and endpoint management solutions\nSolid experience with Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, and software deployment tools such as PDQ is required\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExceptional documentation and record-keeping skills\nProficient in demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills\nWorking knowledge of networks and network cabling preferred\nTarget Salary Range: CAD $70,000 - $90,000\nThe expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making.
