And beyond.\n⭐ The Key Account Management Team\nOur Account Management team’s purpose is to make our key accounts stay and grow with Alan. We created the team in 2020 and we are now 30+.\nWe are looking for amazing people to help us take care of our growing pipe on Public Sector accounts (Ministries and other public entities).\nBeing a Key Account Manager at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate experts, with different backgrounds.\nWe move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!\n⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?\nAs a Key Account Manager, you will:\nHandle a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Public Sector\n\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders and display a customer-centric approach to identify the main needs and allow our clients to achieve their goals through Alan\n\nProactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them\n\nEnsure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning to generate massive adoption by employees and admins\n\nAnalyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews\n\nIdentify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing customers\n\nRenegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability\n\nParticipate in the evolution of our products and services, acting as the voice of our customers when discussing with Product teams\n\nYou would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:\nYou have at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels\n\nYou have full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication)\n\nYou have at least advanced level in English\n\nYou are experienced in dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions\n\nYou have the tact and empathy that make great negotiators\n\nYou are an expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency\n\nYou are very analytical, very comfortable with presenting deep data analysis to clients and solving complex problems\n\nYou have great active listening skills and are a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message\n\nYou have a growth mindset: you are able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market\n\nYou are currently based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille or Annecy.\n\nIt is nice to have a previous experience in Insurance or any industry linked to benefits.
