And beyond.\nAbout the Customer Marketing team\nCustomer Marketing is Alan’s voice to customers, and their voice back to Alan.\nCustomer Marketing sits close to the business so we can hear the reality of customer and commercial conversations first-hand, craft the sharpest possible narrative, and turn what works into scalable programmes and assets.\nAs a Customer Marketer, you will turn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions that improve customer adoption, commercial effectiveness, and business growth.\nConcretely, our team works on missions such as:\nTurning customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and narratives.\n\nHelping commercial teams communicate and adopt our value proposition.\n\nDesigning customer or segment go-to-market programmes.\n\nSupporting rollout, adoption, and feedback loops across teams or markets.\n\nBringing field signals back into Marketing, Product, and business decisions.\n\nTurning customer discovery and market monitoring into actionable recommendations.\n\nScaling useful assets, programmes, and ways of working across markets and segments.\n\nWhat you will do\nIndependently own an ambiguous but defined Customer Marketing workstream from diagnosis through rollout.\n\nTurn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions.\n\nWork with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and local teams to move initiatives forward.\n\nPrioritise opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and available evidence.\n\nDesign rollout, adoption, and feedback mechanisms.\n\nDefine relevant metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on results.\n\nConnect Customer Marketing work to adoption, commercial effectiveness, or business growth.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nExperience owning a meaningful Customer Marketing, commercial, GTM, or customer-facing Marketing scope.\n\nStrong customer and commercial judgment.\n\nAbility to structure ambiguous problems and make clear choices.\n\nStrong communication, narrative, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience turning insight into action, adoption, or measurable business impact.\n\nAbility to work hands-on with limited direction.\n\nCuriosity, adaptability, and willingness to expand your scope over time.\n\nFor this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range.\nImportant note: we hire people, not roles.\nIf you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you.
