And beyond.\n⭐ Your mission\nWe're looking for a Bid Manager to lead RFP responses for Public sector and Enterprise accounts in Belgium.\nRFP Management & Win\nOrganize, coordinate and oversee end-to-end response processes (offer documents, administrative docs, compliance, customized material, negotiation material, account based marketing document) working closely with sales, product, ops, and pricing teams.\n\nProduce high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals\n\nCoordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Product, Legal, operations, care, insurance) to ensure technical coherence of our offer.\n\nOperate within structured bid governance (Go/No-Go, quality gates)\n\nOwn the end-to-end RFP calendar, including reverse planning from submission deadline. Run kick-off meetings, assign and track all contributor deadlines, send structured reminders, and escalate blockers proactively to ensure zero missed submissions. Manage concurrent RFP timelines without quality trade-offs.\n\nSupport sales teams in engaging key stakeholders and preparing negotiation rounds.\n\nContribute to identifying the Client's selection criteria and \"hot buttons\", and to defining the answer strategy along with Sales team\n\nBuild & Scale\nRFP Library: Build and maintain a knowledge library to standardize responses and increase win rates.\n\nFramework automation: Implement AI tools and processes to improve response quality, efficiency, and delivery handover.\n\nCollaboration: Collaborate with other tenders managers from the area to share best practices and adapt proven methodologies from their scaled tender operations.\n\nMarket intelligenc e: Provide competitive intelligence on how competitors respond to similar tenders.\n\n⭐ Your profile\nMust have:\n4+ years experience in project management, consulting or tender/bid management\n\nExperienced in complex multi-stakeholder s and multi-contributors Enterprise RFP’s.\n\nExcellent written communication\n\nOutstanding project management: planning, stakeholder management, monitoring\n\nStrong product / technical appetite: ability to quickly master Alan's product and translate it into compelling RFP narratives\n\nProblem solving: ability to break down complex RFP requirements and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver\n\nCollaborative mindset across crews and expertises\n\nAdaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity & thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.\n\nMeticulous attention to detail\n\nAdaptability and resilience in complex sales cycles\n\nMaster technics and tools : AI LLM, Salesforce, Notion, Knowledge bases.\n\nFull working proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written)\n\nFull working proficiency in English\n\nNice to have:\nFull working proficiency in French\n\nPrior experience responding to private or public sector RFPs for insurance, benefits, or SaaS/B2B products\n\nPrior experience in marketing, with the ability to craft a compelling message supported by strong design and visual communication skills\n\nFor this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B0-C0.\n⭐ How we work ⭐\nLevel: we are looking to hire within the B0-C0 level range.\n\nLocation: Belgium.\n\nTeam: you join our Enterprise & Public Sector crew.
