This person will be responsible for developing and growing our channel partners while supporting our Regional Sales Managers in their territories. As a successful Associate Inside Sales Representative, you should have business acumen, technical aptitude, be able to build rapport, influence business owners, have a competitive mindset, be a good listener, achieve revenue goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nProactively generate meetings, trainings, demos, and opportunities with channel partners through outbound calling 20-30 calls per day.\nRespond to 20-40 emails per day.\nTake 5-15 inbound calls per day ranging from quotes, product information, and customer service-related requests.\nConsistently achieve territory quota to ensure revenue and growth objectives.\nKeeping up with product and service information and updates.\nSuccessfully explain and demonstrate features of products and services using video conferencing.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nHighly Motivated and self-starting individuals with a desire to create a career at OpenEye.\nHigh school diploma/GED required.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nGood organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.\nExcellent phone and email skills.\nExceptional customer service skills.\nStrong listening and sales skills.\nAbility to achieve targets.\nComfortable talking with business owners, internal/external customers, and building relationships.
