This is primarily an administrative role supporting day-to-day HR operations at our Poland office. The successful candidate will work closely with on-site HR leadership and receive strategic guidance from our HR headquarters in the United States, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and practices. \nKey Responsibilities \nMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR requirements \nSupport in processing HR documentation, and manage the employee life cycle \nCoordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, system access setup, and orientation scheduling \nServe as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating complex matters to on-site HR or US HQ as appropriate \nAssist employees with HR system navigation and self-service tools \nPrepare routine HR reports and metrics for local management and the US HQ HR team \nSupport HR projects and initiatives as directed by on-site HR or US HQ \nImplementing internal employer branding activities, including internal HR communication \nOther duties as assigned \nRequirements \nMust-Have \n1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role \nSolid understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices \nEnglish B2 - required for communication with US HQ \nStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail \nMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) \nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion \nNice-to-Have \nExperience working in a multinational or US-headquartered company \nFamiliarity with HRIS systems \nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field \nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nCollaborate with outstanding people: We have a strong focus on teamwork, and we work to create a collaborative and welcoming environment that enables our teams to excel.\nMake an immediate impact: You can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
