In this role, you will help keep the platform reliable at scale, advance observability, reduce incident response time, and build for long-term growth. \n You will join a collaborative team that cares deeply about reliability, customer experience, and engineering quality. You will work across software, infrastructure, and data flows, partnering with product and engineering teams to turn reliability goals into practical outcomes. \nDAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES \nBuild automation and tooling that improve reliability and performance\nMaintain and improve upon existing core video applications\nHelp maintain and improve metrics, logs, traces, alert quality, and runbooks for video applications\nInnovate new software solutions with focus on efficiency, reliability, maintainability\nLearn and eventually participate in deployments, on-call operations, and incident response\nOther duties as assigned \nWHAT YOU NEED \nA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.\nEarly-career software development experience gained through professional work, internships, coursework, or personal projects.\nProficiency in at least one programming language.
