The IT Audit Manager will primarily be responsible for assessing the design and operating effectiveness of company IT controls to support management’s SOX compliance efforts as well as integrated business process effectiveness reviews. The position will report directly to the Director of Internal Audit.\nResponsibilities\nThe IT Audit Manager primary job responsibilities will include:\nAssisting the Director of Internal Audit with the planning, execution, and reporting of technology audit projects as well as the successful execution of the overall Internal Audit plan\nReviewing IT, operational, and business risks/functions to determine scope of proposed audits\nExecuting corporate IT audit projects designed to provide an assessment of internal control process and operational performance\nIdentifying opportunities for control and/or process improvements in pre/post-implementation of IT systems, upgrades, and other major initiatives\nPerforming and documenting walkthrough and testing procedures to assess company SOX compliance\nManaging the performance of the Sr. IT Internal Auditor throughout departmental projects\nProviding verbal and written reports to all levels of management during and after completion of projects\nCollaborating with external auditors and consultants on an ongoing basis to ensure effective and efficient audit procedures\nLeveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audit and operational review procedures\nOther duties as assigned \nRequirements\nBachelor’s in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field\nA minimum of 5 years of relevant IT audit experience, Big 4/national accounting firm or public company experience a plus\nCISA/CISSP or other relevant certification required\nProficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio\nSolid understanding of COBIT framework and concepts related to information systems audit, including security and control risks such as logical and physical access security, change management, information security, business recovery practices and network technology\nProficient in use of Artificial Intelligence for development of efficient/effective testing tools\nAbility to demonstrate sound judgment in analyzing problems, with proficiency in assessing risk and evaluating IT technology and internal controls\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present control analysis and recommendations with clarity and professionalism\nStrong time management and organizational skills, including ability to prioritize multiple duties and meet deadlines\nPlease note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.\nWHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?\nCollaborate with outstanding people: We hire only the best.
