This individual contributor role will help drive execution across cross functional programs by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, communications, and operational coordination across multiple teams.\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong program or project management experience who can independently manage workstreams, improve organizational alignment, and help drive successful delivery across business critical finance systems initiatives.\nThe Program Manager will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Billing, Operations, and external implementation partners in a highly visible and collaborative environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and coordinate Finance Systems initiatives across ERP, billing, procurement, and related operational platforms\nManage project timelines, dependencies, risks, action items, and communication across multiple concurrent initiatives\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to drive program execution and delivery alignment\nDrive governance activities including status reporting, stakeholder updates, meeting coordination, and issue tracking\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to support planning, execution, and rollout of finance systems enhancements and transformation initiatives\nTrack cross functional dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks or operational impacts\nFacilitate prioritization discussions, milestone tracking, and follow through across project teams\nCoordinate with implementation partners and vendors to support execution against agreed timelines and deliverables\nMaintain program documentation, reporting, communication plans, and operational processes across initiatives\nDrive process improvement efforts that enhance execution consistency, visibility, and cross team coordination\nSupport organizational readiness and change management activities related to finance systems initiatives\nOther duties as assigned \nRequired Experience\n5-8 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or related roles supporting enterprise systems or operational initiatives\nExperience managing or coordinating cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies\nExperience working with Finance, Accounting, ERP, billing, procurement, or operational systems initiatives\nStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive follow through\nExperience coordinating timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across projects or programs\nAbility to independently drive programs and influence cross functional stakeholders without direct authority\nExperience working with vendors, implementation partners, or external consulting teams is a plus\nAbility and willingness to learn and use AI tools to improve productivity\nDomain Knowledge\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, finance systems, or enterprise operational platforms\nUnderstanding of project coordination, program governance, and cross functional delivery processes\nAbility to manage dependencies and support risk mitigation across multiple workstreams\nWorking knowledge of finance or operational business processes is preferred\nAbility to quickly understand business workflows and support operational transformation efforts\nWays of Working\nOrganized, proactive, and detail oriented\nCollaborative and effective in cross functional environments\nComfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and ambiguity\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work forward\nEffective communicator with both technical and non technical stakeholders\nHands on and execution focused while maintaining awareness of broader program goals\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and scalable processes\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting ERP implementations or finance systems transformation initiatives\nFamiliarity with environments that include both homegrown and third party enterprise systems\nExperience supporting governance, PMO, or portfolio coordination activities\nExposure to SaaS, subscription, or hardware related business models\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and other Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools\nPMP, Agile, or related project/program management certifications are a plus\nPlease note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.\nWHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?\nCollaborate with outstanding people: We hire only the best.
