This position will focus on assisting multiple departments including Administration, Marketing and Accounting, and may assist the leadership team on occasion. Having the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks seamlessly is vital to this position. If you’re curious about what an Administrative Assistant can do to support brewery operations and you’re looking for a role that is busy, challenging, and fun, this may be the right fit for you!\nGeneral tasks could include but are not limited to:\nShipping of beer samples and POS items from Juneau.\nAssist with donation requests and fulfillment.\nHandle label, coaster and sticker requests.\nAssist with taking photos of production runs, events during business hours or other photos needed as directed by Marketing Manager.\nManage general brewing inquiry email.\nReview main phone line voicemails, responding or forwarding to appropriate department.\nDistribute mail and send packaging notices; assist with mailings via USPS or FedEx.\nOversee general supplies including ordering from Staples and Costco runs.\nAssist with filing or scanning projects and the annual accounting archive project.\nAssist with Sales hospitality requests including setting up VIP tours, working with retail or greeting guests.\nAssist with management of vehicle registrations.\nAssist with travel reservations and apartment usage management.\nAssist with setting up for Board meetings, including assisting with Board Packets\nWork with HR on Business Card Orders\nRequirements, Skills and Knowledge:\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move packages up to 40 lbs.\nAbility to sit for long periods of time.\nAbility to use a desktop computer, telephone and ten-key.
