Обязанности:
- Осуществление работы по проектам кредитования МСБ;
- Сопровождение деятельности филиала;
- Подготовка юридических заключений;
- Проверка обоснованности запросов государственных органов, судов и судебных исполнителей касательно сведений, составляющих банковскую тайну.
- Высшее юридическое образование;
- Опыт работы с проектами МСБ;
- Опыт работы в БВУ юристом не менее 2 лет;
- Знание законодательных актов, регламентирующие банковскую деятельность;
- Наличие методических материалов по правовой деятельности и действующее гражданское, трудовое, финансовое, налоговое, административное, процессуальное законодательство.
