Our platform helps care providers deliver exceptional service in homes, communities, and residential settings.\nWe're big on tech with purpose, passionate about improving care outcomes, and just as passionate about building a workplace where our people can grow and do their best work.\nThe Role:\nReporting to the Director, PMO, you'll manage the scope, budget and schedule of AlayaCare implementation projects, running multiple projects of varying size and complexity. Supported by an established implementation methodology you will build your product and industry knowledge, working closely with our consultants and customers' teams to keep projects on track and customers well supported.\nThis is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanency.\nYour days will involve:\nPlanning, managing and closing out assigned projects, with clear scope and success criteria agreed upfront\nBeing the key point of contact for customers during implementation and building a relationship through a partnership approach\nManaging project scope, including change requests and getting sign-off on any variations\nBuilding estimates and schedules, tracking progress, and regular project reporting\nManaging projects within budget, and reporting on and addressing any budget deviations\nManaging resource allocation with the Professional Services leadership team,\nIdentifying and managing risks throughout the project, escalating early to avoid last-minute crises\nReporting on project health and status to all stakeholders\nFollowing AlayaCare's project management methodology and using the standard templates and tools\nYou'll thrive in this role if you:\nHave 3+ years' project management experience in SaaS implementation; or,\nHave SaaS implementation project management experience, or client-side implementation experience in aged, community or disability care\nHold a PRINCE2 or similar project management certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)\nHave excellent time management and organisation - you can juggle several projects at different stages at once without dropping the ball or losing track of the detail\nHave strong stakeholder management skills and build trusted relationships with customers of varying maturity and sophistication\nCommunicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders, both written and verbal\nPay close attention to detail and follow process rigorously\nCan work through ambiguity and think on your feet when things don't go to plan\nCan work autonomously as well as part of a team with a diverse range of people\nBonus points if you:\nHave basic knowledge of tools like MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet or Kantata\nHave knowledge of the aged, disability or residential care sectors\nHave process improvement skills and enjoy contributing ideas to PMO initiatives\nHave some coaching experience and enjoy supporting others on the team\nWe believe great work should be rewarded.
