Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned expert, AlayaCare offers the opportunity to grow your impact, your skills, and your career.\nAbout the Role\nAs Treasury Specialist, you’ll help maintain the integrity of AlayaCare’s banking and treasury processes, ensuring financial data is accurate, complete, and reliable across our global operations.\nReporting to the Director, Finance, you’ll work closely with the Finance team and cross-functional stakeholders on bank reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and the migration and validation of financial data across multiple entities and currencies. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, investigating issues to identify root causes, and improving processes to strengthen data accuracy and financial controls.\nThis role is a 12 month contract.\nWhat You’ll Do\nComplete bank reconciliations across AlayaCare’s operating entities and accounts.\nInvestigate discrepancies between bank statements, accounting records, and financial systems.\nEnsure banking transactions are accurately recorded and classified in the general ledger.\nValidate financial data migrations to improve accuracy and system integrity.\nPerform data quality checks to identify gaps, errors, and reconciliation issues.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to resolve financial data issues.\nSupport system testing, audit requests, reporting, and treasury-related projects.\nImprove treasury processes, documentation, and controls for greater efficiency and scalability.\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.\nThree to five years of experience in treasury, accounting, financial operations, or a related Finance function.\nDemonstrated experience completing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger processes.\nStrong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.\nExperience with financial data migration, system implementation, or enterprise resource planning transitions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.\nWorking knowledge of AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to improve day-to-day work.\nExperience with NetSuite or other enterprise resource planning systems is an asset.\nExperience supporting multiple entities, currencies, or international operations is an asset.\nWhy Join AlayaCare?\nWork With Purpose\nAt AlayaCare, you’ll help build technology that empowers care providers and improves outcomes for patients and families.
