If you have shipped systems that teams or customers actively depend on, keep reading.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Systems & Database Architecture\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable database architectures using Supabase and MongoDB.\n\nDeploy and manage AI agents, including Openclaw, Hermes, and Cowork, across multiple operational use cases.\n\nBuild production-ready applications and internal systems using modern AI-assisted development workflows.\n\nMonitor system reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve performance as usage grows.\n\nAutomation & Systems Integration\nBuild, maintain, and scale workflow automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier.\n\nIntegrate third-party APIs and connect systems across business functions from end to end.\n\nDevelop reliable data flows between databases, AI agents, CRMs, ERPs, and external platforms.\n\nCreate clear technical documentation for workflows, integrations, and system dependencies.\n\nBusiness Platforms & Technical Delivery\nCustomize and extend CRM and ERP platforms to support real operational requirements.\n\nTranslate business challenges into practical, maintainable technical solutions.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, test implementations, and deliver improvements.\n\nTake ownership of systems from initial architecture and development through deployment and ongoing support.\n\nRequirements\nSeveral years of hands-on experience building and supporting production systems-not only demonstrations or prototypes.\n\nProven experience creating workflow automations with n8n, Make, or Zapier.\n\nStrong proficiency with modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.\n\nSolid database architecture experience using Supabase and MongoDB.\n\nPractical experience deploying AI agents such as Openclaw, Hermes, or Cowork.\n\nStrong API development and third-party integration capabilities.\n\nA portfolio of shipped systems that you can explain and demonstrate during the interview process.\n\nExperience with Python, Odoo, ReactJS, Node.js, Vite, Tailwind CSS, or hands-on CRM and ERP customization will be an advantage.\nSalary & Benefits\nCompetitive Salary: AED 6,000-8,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated technical ability\n\nWork visa sponsorship\n\nMedical insurance\n\n30 days of paid annual leave\n\nAccess to modern AI development tools and technical platforms\n\nOpportunities for technical training and continuous learning\n\nA fast-moving, collaborative environment with ownership of meaningful projects\n\nCompany-provided equipment required for the role\n\nWork Arrangement\nType: Full-time, on-site position\nRemote or hybrid work is not available.
