If you're detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nVehicle Coordination & Workshop Management\nCoordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops, ensuring adherence to quality standards and turnaround targets.\n\nArrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between showroom and workshops, working closely with recovery teams.\n\nMonitor all repair and maintenance timelines and resolve any delays or workflow issues.\n\nLiaise with the sales team to address any last-minute vehicle needs before handover.\n\nParts Procurement & Process Optimization\nManage the sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts by coordinating with suppliers.\n\nMaintain accurate records using internal tracking systems and software.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workshop processes and reduce lead times.\n\nEnsure all vehicles are prepared efficiently and meet showroom readiness criteria.\n\nRequirements\nProven experience in the automotive industry (workshop, logistics, or coordination roles preferred).\n\nStrong computer skills and familiarity with workflow tracking systems.\n\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nAbility to coordinate effectively across departments and with external partners.\n\nSalary & Benefits\nSalary Range: 3,000 - 4,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)\nWork Visa sponsorship\n\nMedical Insurance (as per UAE law)\n\n30 days of paid annual leave\n\nPerformance-based incentives, including the opportunity to earn additional days off\n\nStructured and respectful work environment focused on quality and efficiency\n\nWork Arrangement\nType: Full-time, on-site position\nNote: Remote or hybrid work is not available.
