Your Tasks

  • Test: Monatliche Berichte, Budgetplanung und Forecasting für die Region Nord erstellen, analysieren und kommentieren
  • Kosten- und Leistungsrechnungen, Abweichungsanalysen sowie Investitionsrechnungen durchführen
  • Budget- und Forecast-Prozesse mit Fachbereichen und Geschäftsführung koordinieren
  • Berichte und Kennzahlen (KPI) aufbereiten, Transparenz schaffen und Management-Entscheidungen unterstützen
  • Audit- und Compliance-Themen begleiten und Datenqualität sicherstellen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: idealerweise in einem Industrie- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld.
  • Fachkompetenzen Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Budgetierung, Forecasting, Reporting; sicherer Umgang mit Excel; idealerweise SAP/DATEV.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Orientierung in komplexen Sachverhalten.
  • Soft Skills Kommunikationsstärke, Stakeholder-Management, Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch verhandlungssicher, gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Weiterentwicklung Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und eigenständiges Arbeiten.
