You’ll join a team that has already proven what others said wasn’t feasible and is now scaling and upgrading our VLEO buses & payloads to serve mission sets across sensing, communications, and responsive operations.\nIf you can feel the excitement running through your veins, apply to be one of the Bedo 100.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Albedo's offices, production areas, laboratories, and test facilities.\nLead facility improvement projects and support major expansions, coordinating planning, permitting, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.\nPartner with production and engineering teams to translate operational needs into facility requirements, including layouts, utilities, infrastructure, and specialized environments.\nManage contractors, vendors, and service providers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nMaintain critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, cleanrooms, and other infrastructure supporting spacecraft production.\nDevelop preventive maintenance programs, facility documentation, and processes to improve reliability and minimize operational disruptions.\nProactively identify and resolve facility issues, coordinating hands-on troubleshooting and external support as needed.\nSupport workplace safety, regulatory compliance, physical security, and facility readiness as Albedo scales.\nYour Ideal Skills and Experience:\n5-8+ years of experience in facilities management, facilities engineering, construction management, or industrial operations, preferably in manufacturing or other technical environments.\nDemonstrated experience managing facility projects, renovations, or buildouts, including contractors, schedules, budgets, and permitting.\nStrong working knowledge of commercial and industrial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other specialized technical environments is a plus.\nFamiliarity with building codes, OSHA requirements, fire/life safety systems, and workplace safety practices.\nAbility to independently scope, prioritize, and execute projects while coordinating effectively across multiple teams.\nStrong hands-on troubleshooting skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing immediate facility needs with longer-term improvement projects.\nThis role is located on-site at our Broomfield, CO office.\nSalary Range:\n$91,001 - $112,934 per year\nCompensation and Benefits for Full-Time Roles:\nEmployee friendly equity compensation\n4% direct matching 401k\nHealth Insurance: 100% employee coverage & 75% dependent coverage\nParental leave and childcare coverage\nFlexible vacation and sick time from day one\n12 company holidays\n$100 monthly wellness benefit\nRelocation package if not based in Denver\nThe final compensation package is subject to change if the candidate's experience and company need drive a different job level than originally slated for the position.\nAlbedo does not accept agency resumes.
