Continuation beyond that date is subject to future budget approval.**\nPosition Summary:\nThe CAPE Operations Coordinator supports the operations of the Communications and Public Engagement (CAPE) Office by managing communications and engagement tools and systems, coordinating performance measurement and reporting, and overseeing workflows and processes. This position provides the systems, data, tools, and operational infrastructure that enables CAPE staff to effectively plan, manage, evaluate, and deliver communications and public engagement initiatives.\nThe Operations Coordinator serves as a resource across the CAPE office and reports to the CAPE Director. The position works collaboratively with staff to ensure systems and processes are efficient, data is accurate and accessible, and the office has reliable information to support workload management and decision-making.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nAdministers and supports CAPE technology platforms and digital tools.\nMaintains system configurations, user access, templates, and workflows.\nSupports implementation of new technology, tools, and automated processes.\nCollects, organizes, validates, and maintains communications and engagement data.\nDevelops and maintains dashboards, reports, and data-tracking tools.\nDevelops and maintains workflows, forms, templates, and operational resources.\nOrganizes and maintains shared resources, SOPs, playbooks, training materials, and institutional knowledge.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILIITES:\nKnowledge of: Business operations, process improvement, project coordination, data management, and related practices.\nAbility to: Learn, administer, and optimize technology platforms;
