This role is responsible for developing scalable Azure-based data platforms, integrating enterprise applications, enabling business reporting, and driving data modernization initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with solution architecture leadership and partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver trusted, scalable, and business-critical analytics solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise data platforms using Azure technologies.\nDevelop and optimize Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, Databricks workloads, and cloud data integrations.\nEstablish scalable data models and integration patterns.\nDrive data quality, governance, security, and operational excellence.\nLead architecture reviews and technical solution design activities.\nEnsure data accuracy, lineage, and governance.\nEnable integration strategies for Salesforce, SAP and Workday\nRequired Qualifications:\n9+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, Platform Engineering\n5+ years of experience with Azure cloud data technologies.\nProven experience leading enterprise-scale integration projects.\nStrong experience working with multiple business functions including HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams.\nExperience managing solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through production support.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nExperience leading technical discussions with architects, engineers, and business leaders.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on execution.\nTechnical Skills:\nAzure Ecosystem: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL\nData Engineering: SQL, Python, ETL development, Data Warehousing\nPreferred: Experience with Enterprise Applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Adaptive Planning\nBenefits of Joining Albemarle\nCompetitive compensation\n\nComprehensive benefits package\n\nA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.\n\nWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
