This position is located in India and hybrid.\nWhat You Will Do\nAdminister and enhance Microsoft's endpoint management ecosystem, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID device management, and mobile device management (MDM) capabilities.\nDesign, implement, and maintain endpoint configuration, compliance, security baselines, and device lifecycle standards.\nManage endpoint provisioning, enrollment, software deployment, patching, and operating system upgrade initiatives.\nSupport endpoint security controls in partnership with cybersecurity teams, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, device compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.\nDevelop automation and self-service capabilities to improve endpoint management efficiency and user experience.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, enrollment, application deployment, and device compliance issues.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, dashboards, and reporting related to endpoint management services.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, systems administration, or workplace technology services.\nHands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.\nExperience with Windows endpoint configuration, application packaging and deployment, software distribution, and patch management.\nKnowledge of device compliance, endpoint security controls, Conditional Access, and endpoint lifecycle management.\nExperience troubleshooting endpoint operating systems, device enrollment, application deployment, and user support issues in a global environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\nPreferred:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.\nExperience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), PowerShell automation, and endpoint security platforms.\nExperience integrating endpoint management solutions with Microsoft 365 and cloud identity services.\nMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.\nStrong customer-service orientation and ability to partner effectively with global IT and business teams.\nExperience supporting multinational organizations with standardized endpoint management practices.\nBenefits of Joining Albemarle\nCompetitive compensation\n\nComprehensive benefits package\n\nA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.\n\nWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
