This position is located in Magnolia, AR, on-site/in-office.\nThe core work for this role involves serving as key technical resource for the area with focus on managing the field ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems. This includes managing all aspects of our ESP reliability, including coordinating the logistics of pulling and replacing the ESPs by interfacing with the various required vendors, ensuring quality of onsite work by all associated personnel, failure analysis, and improvement efforts. This role also helps manage and ensure policy compliance with PSM responsibilities of the field including MOCs, Incident Reporting, P&IDs, procedures, and PHAs. Serving as backup to the area superintendent could be required as well.\nWhat You Will Do\nActively support the company's safety, environmental, and quality programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement\nESP systems management including replacement, failure analysis, and improvement\nProvide technical support towards resolution of mechanical failures and process upsets\nMonitor technical performance of production facilities and resolve issues as they arise.\nFoster strong cooperation between TR, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations personnel\nServe as a liaison between Brinefield and capital projects team including cost estimates and project execution assistance\nEnsure compliance of Arkansas Oil & Gas commission regulations\nProvide backup/support to brine well workovers\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\nB.S. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or applicable discipline\n8 + years of experience in manufacturing/production facility (Chemical or Oil/Gas Industry desirable)\nWorking understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Oil & Gas regulations\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, including mechanical root cause failure analysis\nGood time management, organizational skills, problem solving, project management and decision-making skills\nExcellent communications skills, both written and oral\nMust be self-driven\nIt’d be great if you also have:\nMechanical RCFA experience\nWorking knowledge of 3 phase electrical systems\nESP production experience\nWell drilling experience\nBenefits of joining Albemarle\nCompetitive compensation \nComprehensive benefits package \nA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally. \nWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
