Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet.\nJob Description\nThe IT Security Specialist will assist in the development and delivery of SAP security solutions across various SAP applications to ensure Albemarle application data is appropriately protected from either internal or external misuse. This includes design and implementation of SAP security roles, segregation of duties (SOD) analysis, and user provisioning solutions.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, develop, and maintain the company’s SAP user management and security architecture across SAP environments. This includes hands-on role design and build across complex SAP applications and databases. Primary applications are S/4 HANA, GRC, BW, MDG, TM, GTS, and Fiori.\nConfiguration experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control\nAnalyze and understand the risks associated with application security exposures and provide solutions to eliminate or reduce these exposures.\nMaintain and monitor compliance with the SAP IT security framework and global IT control environment\nCommitment to upholding government and corporate security guidelines including segregation of duties (SOD), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and various privacy related standards such as GDPR. \nDevelop and implement SAP security policies, processes, architecture, training, and communications. This function includes identifying and implementing security solutions and proactively remediate vulnerabilities with existing solutions.\nResponsible for working with the solution architects and business process owners to translate business requirements into SAP security design.\nAssist in periodic control activities such as regular review of user access, critical role review, and annual IT control testing support.\nMonitor and maintain SAP user IDs across non-production and production landscapes \nDevelop and deliver documentation and training as needed to ensure proper system usage and understanding\nESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:\nStrong understanding of information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies, and SAP user and role management tools (i.e., CUA and/or IDM)\n5+ years of experience with SAP GRC Access Control\n5+ years of experience with SAP security across various applications including but not limited to S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, MDG, TM, GTS, Fiori, PI, and Solution Manager.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with SAP security development lifecycle management\nMinimum of 5 years of experience with SOD conflict resolution\nUnderstanding of SAP Cloud security\nGood working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong time management skills\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge of HANA database role configuration and user administration\nExperience in chemical manufacturing or mining industry\nFuture-focused and willingness to embrace new SAP technologies\nFamiliar with an international and multi-cultural environment\nEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:\nB.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or technology related discipline\nLANGUAGE SKILLS:\nFluent in English\nSpanish / German / Chinese would be beneficial but not required\nBenefits of Joining Albemarle\nCompetitive compensation\n\nComprehensive benefits package\n\nA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.\n\nWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
