Our core values are the foundation that make us successful for ourselves, our customers and the planet.\nJob Description\nAlbemarle is hiring for a Technical Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in UiPath to join our automation team.\nThe primary location for this role is Bengaluru, India.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, designing and developing RPA solutions, and supporting the deployment and maintenance of UiPath bots to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and developers to deliver scalable and sustainable automation solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nCollaborate with business units to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.\nAnalyze existing business processes and document workflows using tools like process maps and PDDs (Process Design Documents).\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.\nMonitor and maintain deployed bots, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots and provide ongoing support.\nMaintain documentation for automation solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.\nWork with IT and security teams to ensure proper access, governance, and compliance for RPA deployments.\nProvide training and support to business users and promote RPA adoption across the organization.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.\n4+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and analysis, with a focus on UiPath.\nProficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator,Agentic AI, and REFramework.\nStrong understanding of business process analysis, optimization, and automation.\nExperience with scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with databases (SQL), PQL, APIs, Plugins, Connectors, and system integrations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nUiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Advanced Developer UiARD).\nPreferred:\nExperience with process discovery tools (e.g., UiPath Task Mining, Process Mining).\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.\nExperience in change management and automation governance frameworks.\nExposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker).\nBenefits of Joining Albemarle\nCompetitive compensation\n\nComprehensive benefits package\n\nA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.\n\nWe are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
