This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to balance customer expectations with operational capabilities and company priorities.\nEssential Job Duties:\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customers and maintain strong, professional relationships.\nCoordinate with Operations, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements and commitments are met.\nMonitor order and production status and proactively communicate delays, shortages, risks, and solutions to customers.\nCoordinate customer orders, changes, returns, inquiries, and requests through resolution.\nKnowledge of Exostar is a plus.\nParticipate in customer calls, shortage meetings, production reviews, program reviews, and other customer-facing meetings.\nSupport new business opportunities and negotiations by providing customer, production, delivery, and operational information.\nCoordinate shipments and transportation activities, including scheduling, tracking, delivery requirements, and resolution of transportation issues.\nCoordinate customer delivery schedules and negotiate adjustments when production, material availability, or other operational constraints require changes.\nMaintain accurate customer, order, communication, and issue-resolution records and provide status reports as needed.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, production coordination, and overall operational efficiency.\nOther related tasks as indicated by site leader.\nSchedule:\nM-F, 7AM-3:30PM -Central Time.
