We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our Chilled Operations team in Airdrie on a 12-month fixed-term contract.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment, partnering with operational leaders to deliver an effective people strategy while ensuring the highest standards of employee engagement, compliance, and performance.\nAbout the Role\nReporting into the senior HR leadership team, you will provide hands-on HR support across our Chilled operation, delivering both strategic and operational HR initiatives. Working closely with managers and employees, you will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practice is embedded across the site.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with operational managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.\nLead, coach and develop a team of two HR Advisors, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the Chilled operation\nLead and support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management cases.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives and support organisational change projects.\nCoach and develop managers in people management best practice.\nSupport workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.\nEnsure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR procedures.\nAnalyse HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives across the Chilled operation.\nContribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities.\nRequirements\nCIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum (Level 7 advantageous).\nProven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.\nPrevious HR experience within a manufacturing, production, FMCG or food manufacturing environment.\nStrong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex casework.\nUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nA proactive, commercially minded and collaborative approach.\nExperience leading HR projects and
