In this pivotal role, you will provide critical financial insights that support our operational and strategic decisions, driving our business growth and success.\nAs a Management Accountant, you will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial data that empowers management to make informed decisions.\nWorking closely with the Finance Business Partner and wider site leadership team, the successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure across site finance, commercial analysis, and operational decision-making. Albert Bartlett offers a supportive environment, with study support, on-the-job learning, and clear opportunities for progression as experience and confidence grow.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPreparation and analysis of weekly and monthly management accounts and financial reports.\nBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to monitor performance against targets.\nWorking closely with department heads to support financial planning and decision-making.\nReconciliation of ledger accounts and investigation of discrepancies.\nContinuous improvement of financial processes and controls.\nSupporting month-end and year-end accounting activities.\nPreparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.\nRequirements\nMin. part qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).\nMin. 2 years experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry.\nStrong understanding of management accounting principles and practices.\nProficient in working with standard costing models.\nExperience in P&L, balance sheets, reporting.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.\nWorking hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Office based.\nBenefits\nAt Albert Bartlett, people are at the heart of everything we do.
