Your technical skills will help ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems across the production line.\nTroubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently to prevent disruptions in production.\nSupport the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed.\nEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.\nDocument all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes.\nCollaborate with production teams to improve operational performance and address any engineering challenges.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reliability.\n Shift Pattern\n2 weeks days, 1 week backs \nContracted hours 82.50 per fortnight \nHourly rate = £21.10 \nOT Rate (1.25) = £26.38 \n£2.20 per hour for hours worked after 5pm and on weekends \nRequirements\n Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering or an equivalent field.\n Experience as a multi skilled engineer, preferably within the food production or manufacturing sector.\n Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.\n Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, and preventative maintenance practices.\n Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\n Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\n Flexibility to work the designated shift pattern, including days and backshifts.\n Benefits\n Pension Plans\n Life Assurance\n Leave Package\n Training & Development\n Employee Assistance Programme -
