We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our Supply Chain team in Airdrie.\nThis is a varied and fast-paced role providing administrative support across procurement, logistics, export administration and sales order processing. You will play a key role in ensuring purchase orders, export documentation, customer orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) records are processed accurately and efficiently, helping products move seamlessly from supplier to customer.\nRaise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.\nMaintain supplier and product records within the Infor M3 ERP system.\nMonitor outstanding purchase orders and expedite deliveries where required.\nLiaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and delivery schedules.\nResolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and the finance team.\nProduce procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.\nRequirements\nPrevious administration experience within procurement, logistics, supply chain or a similar environment.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.\nExperience using ERP systems (Infor M3 experience would be advantageous).\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nEffective communication and relationship-building skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
