You will ensure 100% compliance and “right first time”, promoting best operational practice and validate the processes and equipment. You will conduct training and ensure training compliance using available resources and provide support and expertise to all departments with a view to maximising performance.\nShift & Hours of work: 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern, working 6am to 6pm\nSalary: Depending on experience\nResponsibilities\nBe expert in the machinery and production line operation. \nValidate the equipment & process, taking required action to close any performance gaps.\nDocument and monitor line performance carrying out any equipment or product tests required to validate the process and equipment.\nWork in all areas of the production facility, identifying opportunities for improvement.\nDefine production standard settings in conjunction with Production Management and ensure production machinery is operated to standard settings.\nEnsure that all work undertaken is carried out to the standard required by the Production shift lead, that all appropriate safety legislation is observed and report any potentially unsafe working methods, installations, or equipment.\nChallenge constructively existing ideas and practices, use data to improve efficiency.\nUndertake qualification to be able to perform and validate tasks to support equipment performance and reliability.\nAssisting the creation of method statements and risk assessments. \nSupport Project implementations \nRequirements\nExperience within a manufacturing or food production environment.\nExperience of Operate Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) machinery and Multihead weighers\nDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and guide a team.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.\nStrong understanding of health and safety regulations as related to machine
