Reporting to the QA Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products are manufactured to the correct quality, safety, and customer specifications.\nWorking closely with Production, Hygiene, and Technical teams, you will help drive a culture of quality and food safety, ensuring products are produced right first time while maintaining compliance with company standards, customer requirements, HACCP principles, and audit expectations. \nKey Responsibilities\nCarry out quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet agreed specifications.\nMonitor and verify product quality, weight, labelling, packaging, and presentation standards.\nConduct routine inspections and record findings accurately using company systems and documentation.\nSupport production teams in achieving right first time manufacturing standards.\nEnsure compliance with Albert Bartlett food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.\nMonitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and quality control checks in line with HACCP requirements.\nReport any quality, food safety, legality, or compliance concerns immediately to the relevant manager.\nAssist with product holds, investigations, non-conformances, and corrective actions when required.\nSupport internal audits, customer visits, and third-party inspections.\nMaintain accurate records to demonstrate due diligence and traceability.\nWork collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Hygiene, and Technical teams to drive continuous improvement.\nPromote and maintain high standards of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and housekeeping across the site.\nIf you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about food quality and safety, we'd love to hear from you.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.\nGood understanding of food safety and quality standards.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or non-conformances.\nGood communication skills and confidence working with production teams.\nAbility to complete paperwork accurately and maintain records.\nFlexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.\nPrevious QA, QC, or Technical experience within chilled food manufacturing.\nKnowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.\nExperience of customer standards and audit requirements (BRCGS, retailer
