You will be responsible for designing and developing modern front-end solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features for millions of customers.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.\nImplement state management solutions with Redux and integrate middleware such as Redux-Saga or Thunk.\nBuild and optimise AJAX-based data fetching and API integrations.\nWrite and maintain unit/integration tests using frameworks like React Testing Library, Jest, or similar\nCollaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions.\nEnsure high availability, performance, resiliency, and modularity of Web services and applications.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment of front-end applications.\n\nRequirements: \n8-12 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on front-end development using ReactJs\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.\nProven experience leading large-scale web applications in high-traffic consumer environments.\nDeep understanding of React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and modern front-end architecture.\nExperience with UI testing frameworks (React Testing Library, Jest, etc. ).\nStrong knowledge of Redux, AJAX, and middleware (Redux-Saga, Thunk)\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to make architectural decisions and lead engineering teams.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nA problem-solver -
