The Senior Product Analyst serves as a strategic analytics partner to Product, Shopper Experience and Digital leaders. This role is responsible for driving measurement strategy, leading deep-dive analysis, evaluating experiments and proactively identifying opportunities that influence product roadmaps and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define measurement plans and KPI frameworks.
  • Lead product performance reviews.
  • Design, measure and evaluate A/B tests.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses across the digital shopper journey.
  • Investigate KPI movements and root causes.
  • Build scalable dashboards and analytical frameworks.
  • Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing and Data Science.
  • Recommend optimisation opportunities.
  • Coach Product Analysts and elevate standards.

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics or Customer Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL and analytical skills.
  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Strong understanding of KPI frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, SQL (Advanced), Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Exposure to Amplitude, Mixpane, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Quantum Metric, or GA4
  • Expertise with Adobe Launch, GTM or Tealium.

Nice to have:

  • Retail, grocery or e-commerce experience.
  • Knowledge of Python or R, Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Marketing and CRM analytics.
