Typically reports to another Project Manager or Manager or head of a unit/department.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand the relationship with the client and all stakeholders\nInterpret project specifications, drawings and project-specific documents to establish project intent and then to align all internal resources with the plan.\nAssist in the development of Sub-Contractor scope of work documentation.\nMaintain contracts and subcontracts.\nOversee and manage change order process of project.\nMaterials Specification, Ordering, Tracking and Installation support.\nSchedule and manage start-up, installation and commissioning.\nResponsible for all Project Related and Customer Required Documentation, to include at a minimum; Submittals, RFI’s, Schedule, Safety Compliance, Commissioning and/or Validation\nMaintain up to date As-Built documentation throughout project lifecycle. Coordinate final Turnover Package to Owner to include, Design documentations, System Backup, Recover and General Use Training, Warranty and Service Department turnover.\nResponsible for Monthly Invoicing and Project Forecasting.\nIdentify risk management to minimize project risks.\nPursue project-specific change-order opportunities.\nForecast and track for accuracy all assigned project revenues.\nMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.\nUse and continually develop leadership skills.\nAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nHVAC and Mechanical System Checkout, Startup and System Commissioning or installation.\nAbility to interpret design documentation.\nStrong computer skills required specifically proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Project.\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal.\nProject Manager top skills & proficiencies:\nTracking Budgets\nProcess Improvement Input\nPlanning\nInventory Control\nVerbal Communication\nPay Rate: $30-$35/hr.
